Shipping to Spain

Please keep in mind that all domestic orders, after being dropped off for delivery, will take 2 to 5 days to ship to Spanish territory. The shipping costs, in this case, are lower and take less days.

International shipping

After drop off, the parcels, depending on the territory, can take from 3 to 10 days to ship. Because of COVID-19, some orders may be delayed and I kindly ask for your understanding. In case you’re having issues with an order, please e-mail me and I will do my best to check what is happening with your order and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Information

All orders are packaged by hand by me, with loads of care and love. They’re packaged in my little studio in Barcelona and I’m the only person in charge of the process, so please give it a few days after you place an order to receive your shipment tracking number. Again, in case you’re having any issues, do not hesitate to contact me.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you would like to return an item, you’re welcome to do so within 15 days of delivery. I unfortunately cannot accept returns for the original pieces or personalized artwork, but will accept returns for stationery, prints, and digital products. Keep in mind that returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good conditions.

In case you’re having a problem with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return in the e-mail and you will receive a refund within 2 to 7 business days after I receive the item you’re returning and send you a confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, the shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
